oh, I love visiting chilly and overcast Seattle. But I have to wonder if you can "be over" the weather when actually living there.
As much as I looooove Seattle I don't know if I could live in that weather year round.....but I'm sure people could say the same about New Orleans (where I live). Hopefully it warms up a bit for ya!
